COVID 19 PANDEMIC PROTOCOLS

• Booking your appointment is highly advised and recommended. Walk in may be allowed provided there are still available slots for the day.
• Download and register Stay Safe App for Mall entry
• Wear acceptable mask and full, clear face shields.
• Come at least 15 minutes prior to your procedure.
• Fill up health declaration form provided at our entrance.
• Wear patient PPE provided by our clinic. Pay minimal fee of 100 pesos for PPE on top of your procedure fee.
• Undergo contactless thermal scan upon entry
• Disinfect using provided alcohol and wipes at all times.
• Prepare exact change for your procedure cost or use contactless payment options.
• No waiting inside the clinic premise. You may wait for your turn or result outside the clinic.
• Dispose your used PPE on trash can provided. No reusing of PPE if you have to come back for another procedure on the same day.
• No companions allowed inside during the pandemic except for PWDs, children and weak elderly.
• Our clinic undergoes regular disinfection procedure and UV light sterilization. We have installed exhaust fans and air purifiers.
